Companies, enterprises and cooperatives that wish to be listed as registered contractors with the National Agricultural Mechanization Cooperative of Nigeria can apply through this portal. Every application is reviewed manually by authorised NAMCON officials.

₦2,550,000 one-time contractor registration fee

Two Million, Five Hundred and Fifty Thousand Naira. Payment is made using NAMCON's official payment instructions, and evidence of payment is uploaded through the portal for manual verification.

Manual verification

NAMCON officials verify your payment evidence and supporting documents.

Official certificate

Approved contractors receive an administrator-issued registration certificate.

How it works

Contractor registration process

  1. Step 01

    Step 1 — Create Account

    Create a contractor account with your authorised representative details.

  2. Step 02

    Step 2 — Complete Company Profile

    Provide company and authorised representative information.

  3. Step 03

    Step 3 — Make Payment

    Pay the official ₦2,550,000 registration fee using the payment instructions provided by NAMCON.

  4. Step 04

    Step 4 — Upload Payment Evidence

    Upload proof of payment through the portal.

  5. Step 05

    Step 5 — Submit Application

    Submit the completed contractor application.

  6. Step 06

    Step 6 — NAMCON Review

    Authorized NAMCON administrators manually review the application and payment evidence.

  7. Step 07

    Step 7 — Approval

    If approved, the contractor receives access to their approved contractor account.

  8. Step 08

    Step 8 — Certificate

    The contractor can view or download the official NAMCON Contractor Registration Certificate uploaded by an authorized administrator.

Payment safety

Before making any payment, contractors must verify NAMCON's official payment instructions through NAMCON's official communication channels. NAMCON will not be responsible for payments made to unauthorised accounts.

Payment and submission of an application do not constitute approval or registration. All contractor applications are subject to review and approval by authorized NAMCON officials. Registration does not guarantee a contract, procurement award, tender award, project allocation, employment or any business opportunity.
