Create your contractor account to begin. Your applicable registration fee and NAMCON's official payment instructions are provided securely inside your contractor dashboard after your account is created.

Company registration

Provide verified company information and authorised representative details.

Manual verification

NAMCON officials verify your payment evidence and supporting documents.

Official certificate

Approved contractors receive an administrator-issued registration certificate.

Contractor registration process

    Provide the required company and authorised representative information.

  3. Step 03

    Step 3 — Complete Verified Payment

    Pay online with Remita or submit manual bank payment evidence and wait for NAMCON verification.

  4. Step 04

    Step 4 — Upload Company Documents

    Upload every required company document after payment has been verified.

  5. Step 05

    Step 5 — Review and Submit

    Review the completed application, accept the declaration and submit it to NAMCON.

  6. Step 06

    Step 6 — Track Review

    Track NAMCON's review, decision and certificate from your contractor dashboard.

Accepted file formats: PDF, JPG and PNG. Documents must be clear and complete.

Payment safety

Before making any payment, contractors must verify NAMCON's official payment instructions through NAMCON's official communication channels. NAMCON will not be responsible for payments made to unauthorised accounts.

Payment and submission of an application do not constitute approval or registration. All contractor applications are subject to review and approval by authorized NAMCON officials. Registration does not guarantee a contract, procurement award, tender award, project allocation, employment or any business opportunity.
