NAMCON collects only the information needed to assess programme eligibility, coordinate agricultural services and respond to enquiries. Sensitive information beyond that purpose is not requested.

How information is used

Information is used to create and maintain member profiles, process programme applications, communicate decisions and requests, and produce aggregate reporting that does not identify individuals.

Storage and security

Member records and uploaded documents are stored securely with role-based access controls. Private documents are never published publicly.

Your choices

Members may update their profile information and may request correction or deletion of their records by contacting NAMCON through the official enquiry channels.
