Overview

The Strategic Skill Acquisition Program builds technical and entrepreneurial capacity among young people and artisans, pairing structured training with equipment support where available.

Why this programme exists

The programme is designed to equip young Nigerians and artisans with practical, income-generating vocational skills linked to agriculture and rural economies.

It responds to youth unemployment and the shortage of skilled technical labour needed to support mechanization, processing, construction and agro-services.
